STEPHANIE ASTIC - PRESIDENT, CHIEF STRATEGIST & EVENT MANAGER

Stephanie founded Astic Productions in 1992 and is the leadership behind all production needs for the company’s client base to ensure an exciting and successful process. Stephanie has sat on a number of foundation boards, experiences from which she has garnered knowledge and expertise that have greatly impacted and shaped the way we understand fundraisers and all of their key components. Her background in events started after graduating from FIT and working in the publishing field. By 1992, Stephanie had started Astic Productions and has been working in event production and fundraising ever since.


JAMIE GERRISH - SENIOR EVENT MANAGER

Jamie has worked at Astic Productions since 2011. Prior to joining the team she was a teacher in the New York City public schools. Her background in education makes her a great advocate for clients and their programs. Jamie manages all logistics of an event and excels at working with event leadership on fundraising strategies. Jamie produces a wide range of events, from 1000+ person dinners to golf tournaments.


EMILY GEORGE - SENIOR EVENT MANAGER

Emily comes to Astic with a background in sponsorship and event  development. She oversees the planning process for a wide range of events including cocktail receptions and Galas. She is responsible for writing letters to potential donors, managing large mailings, negotiating with vendors, managing incoming funds and guest lists for events of all sizes.


MEGAN McHALE - EVENT MANAGER

Megan works closely with clients and the Astic team on event management. She is responsible for conducting prospect research, coordinating mailings, negotiating with vendors, and following up on all outstanding pledges relating to sponsors. 


ALIX LARA - EVENTS & FUNDRAISING PROJECT MANAGER

Alix is the newest member of the Astic Productions team. She supports the Event Management Team on various event related projects, including coordination and management of all silent and live auctions. Alix is responsible for managing and delegating letter writing, emails to potential donors, prospect research, coordinating mailing lists, tracking gifts and auction items, coordinating day-of needs, and working at all events.
